Questions people ask before they start

Plans start at $39 per month billed annually, or $49 billed monthly, for the Starter plan with three author seats and one knowledge base. Growth is $119 per month annually and Business is $279. Enterprise pricing depends on scope, data residency and support level.

No. Readers of a public knowledge base are unlimited on every plan and are never counted or billed. Reader seats are only charged for private, sign-in-required internal knowledge bases.

Anyone who writes, edits, reviews or approves content. People who only read do not need a seat. Seats can be reassigned as often as you need - if a contractor finishes a project you can hand their seat to someone else the same day.

No. AI search and the writing assistant are included under a monthly fair-use allowance rather than a per-query fee. If you consistently exceed the allowance we will tell you before it affects your bill and discuss a higher tier rather than invoicing you for overage after the fact.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you have paid for.

You can export everything - articles in Markdown or HTML, media files, and metadata via the API - at any point during your subscription and for 30 days after it ends. There is no export fee and no proprietary format lock-in.

Yes, annual billing is 20% cheaper than monthly across all self-serve plans. Non-profits and registered educational institutions get 40% off any plan.

Yes. Indian customers can be invoiced in INR with GST, and we support NEFT, UPI and card payments. Contact sales to switch your account to INR billing.
